These terms govern your use of the Vale Technology website and our services. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Quotes and agreements
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once a quote is accepted in writing. Changes to agreed scope may affect cost and timelines, and will always be confirmed with you before proceeding.
2. Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Recurring services (such as hosting or support retainers) are billed in advance. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts in arrears after reasonable notice.
3. Hosting and domains
Domain registrations are subject to the registry's own terms. We will renew domains and hosting on your behalf while your account is active and in good standing. You remain the owner of your domain name and website content.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party software and licences remain subject to their own terms.
5. Support and availability
Support is available Monday to Friday, 8AM–4PM, excluding public holidays. While we work to keep hosted services available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, except where the law does not permit such exclusion.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date above showing when it was last revised.
